This process was developed in 2014 using a consensus-based approach led by national pharmacy associations working under the direction of the Joint Commission of Pharmacy Practitioners (JJCP). The Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process is compromised of 5 elements and is intended to be used for a wide variety of patient care services as authorized under the pharmacists’ scope of practice and delivered in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. This webinar will describe the consistent approach that a pharmacist takes to provide patient care services.
