Objectives

  • Describe how individual character strengths and others’ character strengths can be used in advancing ethical organizational cultures and in working through dilemmas;
  • Examine the research on ethical leadership, character strengths, and ethical organizational cultures;
  • Explore individual character strengths from the VIA assessment and learn how those character strengths apply to leaders and teams.
